“Have been getting services done here since 2013 and have always received excellent customer service and meticulous spa service. This spa is a little out of my way but I especially come here for facials and full body waxing because Hersy is quick and efficient and knows what she’s doing. I’ve also gotten my eyelashes done here a few times which people couldn’t stop complimenting me on, I’ve gotten my nails done, teeth whitening, eyebrow tinting just to name a few all of which I was very pleased with. I have been an Esthetician myself for years now and am very particular with who does my facials and I have to say I have never ever been disappointed by a facial I’ve received here. “Great experience was a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere everyone was super nice to me provided me with the information i needed went in for a laser hair removal and went great and would recommend this to anyone and the painless hair removal was amazing zero pain at all.

I had eyelash extensions, a facial, and waxing done for the first time yesterday and I will be a loyal customer. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I’m not sure what other reviewers are talking about. Everyone was polite and professional. It was very clean. All the tools and products they used were the same as that at high end spas I have been to. My lashes are perfect and my skin looks great. I already scheduled my next appointment. Anyone talking about the prices being too high should reconsider having any of the services they offer done. This is a luxury expense you're not doing any of these things because you need them to survive.”

“So a lovely incident brought me to Chen's Skincare and Spa.  I'm a guy and I largely neglected my skincare routine as some guys are wont to do.  I met up with my best girlfriend and she asked why I had hair on my forehead... And I laughed and said, my love, those are blackheads!

So I knew I had a problem, and I wanted to support a local business that would help me find the resolution for that problem.  That is how I came across Chen's Skincare and Spa!

I loved that I was able to book an appointment online through their website which was clean and easily navigable.  They only took one person per hour in the spa which was comforting giving that we are living in times of plague and pestilence.  I was texted to confirm and showed up the next day, a babe in the woods, ready for my first facial/microderm treatment!

My technician was Hersy and she was very polite and very understanding! She made me feel welcomed after I revealed that this was new for me as a guy who admittedly didn't know as much about skincare as perhaps I should have known!  She explained everything she was doing, what the effects were, and she even made suggestions on how I could better take care of my skin.

It has been three days since my Gentleman's facial and microdermabrasion treatment and I have never seen my skin glow quite like it does now! It's wonderful and I've received so many compliments! I have fewer blackheads and my skin just feels incredible!

I am so glad I came to Chen's and fully intend to return to maintain a proper adult's skin care regiment! Thank you so much Hersy, I look forward to working with you again!”
